Good evenin’ folks! I’m just leaving a little note here that the next Challenge will go live tomorrow evening, to make up for the fact that #63 was late coming on… plus, it gives those that weren’t able to get their palette challenge submissions in another chance!

I want to offer a suggestion for the group, and I’d like to hear what the artists think! Now don’t go ignoring this post just because you watch the group for it’s submissions, because I want your insight too~
Okay~ So I had been thinking about the type of challenges I post during the month, and I think that having sort of “themes” for the challenges may be a nice way to break up the month, that way the artists will sort of expect what kind of challenge is going to happen, and that way it’s easier for me to think up challenges!
For example:
Week One: Palette Challenge [ie. illustration w/ fixed palette, everyone’s favorite!]Week Two: Create-a-Character Challenge [ie. create a character while being given a prompt or idea]Week Three: Fixed-Prompt/Inspired-By/Draw-This Challenge [ie. I tell you want to draw, almost a open-ended challenge week]Week Four: Technique Challenge [ie. I’ll give a technique to use for the challenge]
How does this sound? [let me know!]
Now, my 2nd question is open to not only artists, but viewers of the group too - what would you like to see done as challenges?I have a little backlog of previous suggestions prior to me being the moderator, sadly I’ve exhausted the interesting ones…
