End of Challenge #32!!

Wrapping things up here! Thank you to everyone who participated. We’re so happy to see how many folks submitted this time around! It’s always good to practice interesting poses and angles. :)

This week’s challenge is scheduled to be posted at 9am EST. I hope it won’t be too challenging, but I think you guys will like it. :) I know I’M looking forward to it!!

Challenge #31 Wrap-Up!

Challenge #31 is officially over!! Thank you to everyone who submitted, this challenge turned out to be quite popular! Take a look at our archive, I’m seeing double! Not really, since everyone did a fantastic job of making their characters stand out from one another. :)

I also wanted to mention: We recently reached 3,000 followers!!! THIS IS PHENOMENAL! We can’t thank you all enough for all the support and love!! I know sometimes we can be late with posting challenges and sometimes we get distracted by life, but Weekly Art Challenges is our baby and we love you guys! Thank you all. :D

Alright, everyone! Just letting you know that submissions for Challenge #28 are officially closed! Challenge #29 will be up on Thursday, 9AM Kuri time. (is that UTC-3??) (that’s in…8 and a half hours from now, anyways)

Challenge #27 has ended!!

Thank you to everyone who submitted something! :) We had some wonderful entries. I personally really liked the comic challenges, so hopefully we’ll plan up some more for the future!

In the meantime, if anyone has any challenge suggestions, send us an ask!! We tend to keep a list of suggestions when we’re not sure what to do next, and since Kuri and I tend to be very character/comic/story oriented it might be a good idea to send us your suggestions!! That way we can have more variety and keep everyone satisfied. :)

Obligatory End of Challenge post!

Hello, everyone! It’s Wednesday night and I’m about fall asleep, which means Challenge #26 is now over! We got all submissions queued, and Challenge #27 will be up tomorrow at 9AM, UST-3! (if I’m not mistaken…)

So uhm

Rightttttt….

We’re sorry!! I guess Kuri and I have just been so busy lately that we completely forgot about WAC. :( Even now as I’m typing this I have to be wake in like… 6ish hours?? I’m jumping on here really quick to give you guys a sort of alternative to a new challenge:

FREE-FOR-ALL!!

Yes!! This week send us ANY visual art you have made!! Just, please, put some effort into your submissions. Do not send us “something quick to be on time” because I will not stand for it folks!! There’s a difference between effort/simplicity vs. quick. If it looks like you spent 5 seconds on a piece I will not accept it! put a little time and thought into it!

This is WEEKLY ART CHALLENGES!! So challenge yourself and show us how you did so!! 

Again, sorry everyone that we completely missed this week. I’m going to be pretty busy for a few more days (as is Kuri) but I’ll do my best to accept images asap.

Challenge #24 is ending!!

If you are waiting until the last minute to submit your piece, now is the time!! I won’t be awake but for another couple hours, so don’t hesitant and miss being accepted!
